As the weekend is over, we will be giving our post show wrap up with our guest Hex and as many artists as we can fill in two cars to come by and give their review of the weekend and maybe some other action. First off we would like to thank Hex and Marc with a C for attending our last show (which will be posted soon, I promise -- Radar), and the awesome sponsors, volunteers, fans, and of course, the Artists of Nerdapalooza. We attended the preparty at A Comic Shop, which was an awesome preview of the weekend to come. Schaffer the Darklord ended the night with a great performance getting the crowd excited for this weekend's festivities. Free pizza and beer made everything that much better. Thank you, A Comic Shop. I am currently at Nerdapalooza (Holiday Inn, 6515 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) seeing a large crowd moving from the main stage room, to the game room, to outside and hanging with the artists, to just general nerd milling about. I have found some floor space next to the door, with wifi and power. This year has topped last years Nerdapalooza, and everyone here from all over is really excited. I made it here late, but the show is still to go on late into the night. As I await MC Bagels arrival, I am anticipating the energy to get more hyped up and see more impromptu sessions by the artists all over the convention floor. |
